What to Expect in Our Work Together

In our work together, you can expect a safe, respectful space where I will meet you exactly where you are—without judgment or assumptions. Throughout our sessions, I’ll take the time to ask questions and listen closely to thoroughly understand your unique challenges and goals. Using my experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and trauma-focused approaches like TF-CBT, I’ll work with you to develop strategies tailored to your needs. While CBT and MBSR are my primary modalities, I draw on TF-CBT for trauma work and use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution-Focused Therapy as additional tools, particularly in work with couples and for clients seeking immediate, goal-oriented support.
