At Noble Oak Counseling, I offer a range of services to meet different needs, from individual therapy to couples counseling and themed group sessions. Each session type is tailored to support meaningful growth and healing, with fees structured to reflect the value and depth of care provided. Below, you’ll find details on each service and the corresponding rates.
I understand that finding the right therapist is important, so I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This brief meeting allows us to check in, introduce ourselves, and discuss your needs and goals for therapy. It’s also an opportunity to address any questions you may have and explore scheduling options
Individual sessions provide a private, one-on-one space where we can delve deeply into your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Each 55-minute session is designed to equip you with tools and insights to foster personal growth and well-being. My rate for individual therapy is $150 per session.
Relationships are central to our lives, and couples counseling offers a supportive environment for exploring dynamics, enhancing communication, and working through challenges together. For couples counseling, I provide 55-minute sessions at a rate of $200. These sessions are structured to help you and your partner strengthen your connection and navigate issues with greater understanding and compassion.
For those interested in connecting with others around shared experiences, I also offer select group therapy sessions focused on specific themes, such as stress management, trauma recovery, or relationship skills. These 90-minute group sessions provide a unique space to explore important topics in a supportive community setting. Group therapy is $100 per participant, per session, and offers the opportunity to gain insights not only from the therapy process but also from the experiences of others.
To make the process convenient, Noble Oak Counseling accepts all major credit cards and HSA benefit cards. This flexibility allows you to choose the payment method that works best for you.
If you have any questions about these services or would like to discuss which option might be the best fit for you, please feel free to reach out. Each session, whether individual, couple, or group, is designed to offer high-quality, impactful support, grounded in a commitment to your well-being.
At Noble Oak Counseling, I’ve chosen not to accept insurance to create a therapeutic experience that prioritizes your needs and respects your privacy. Insurance companies often impose restrictions on session length, frequency, and even treatment approach—constraints that can limit meaningful progress, especially in trauma processing, where timing and continuity are essential. In my experience, breakthroughs can be halted by an insurer’s session limits, disrupting the therapeutic flow and diminishing the full impact of your work.
By opting for a direct payment model, we can work together without these external constraints, allowing for greater flexibility and truly personalized care. You also benefit from enhanced confidentiality. Insurance companies often require access to sensitive session notes and may even audit and reclaim funds years later, creating an additional layer of oversight that could impact your privacy. With cash pay, you have full control over your treatment, free from external evaluations or conditions.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may still be able to seek partial reimbursement from your insurance provider. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information for insurance claims. Many clients successfully use superbills to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company, depending on their specific out-of-network coverage.
I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits and any requirements they may have. If this path suits your needs, I’m here to support you in navigating the process and ensuring you have all necessary documentation.
My commitment at Noble Oak Counseling is to offer high-quality, individualized therapy that respects your privacy and provides the support you deserve. If you have any questions about our payment model or the steps to submit a superbill, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
